Chef Kevin Ashade is a Dallas-based chef and the recent winner of the Food Network show"Beat Bobby Flay". 'Chef Kev' graduated from the world-renowed, Culinary Institute of America in New York, and currently owns and operates Gourmeats Catering Services. He is a native of Dallas and has served as a chef at 5-star restaurants such as, "Craft" at the W Hotel (Dallas), Nana The Hilton Anatole (Dallas), The Oceanaire Seafood Room (Dallas), the Marriott World Center (Orlando).
Linguini pasta with homemade alfredo sauce, with garlic, shallots and onions, sautéed then deglazed with white wine. Add heavy cream, reduce, and finish with freshly grated parm. Add pan-seared blackened chicken, crab claws, diced tomatoes, parsley, basic and toasted breadcrumbs.
Lemon and herb crusted salmon, penne pasta with homemade Alfredo sauce, homemade basil pesto, julienned sun-dried tomatoes and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Broccolini, sautéed over high heat with olive oil, slivered garlic, and a squeeze of lemon at the end.
